Returns & Refunds

Every piece from Almost Eternal is crafted and inspected with care — and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the conditions below are met.

What We Can Accept Back For a return to be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition it arrived in
  • Packed in its original packaging with everything included
  • Approved by our team before being sent back

Starting the Process Reach out to us at 📧 connect@almosteternal.com with your order number along with a clear photo or short video of the item. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please do not send anything back without hearing from us first — packages returned without prior confirmation cannot be processed or refunded.

Something Arrived Wrong? We take care to ensure every order leaves us in perfect condition. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, let us know right away with visual proof. We'll look into it and sort out a replacement or covered return at no cost to you.

Please note: damage or defect claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If we made an error or the item is defective — we cover it.
  • If it's a change of heart or personal preference — shipping is on you.

Returns must always use the label we provide so your shipment stays tracked and your return gets processed without a hitch.

Getting Your Money Back As soon as we receive and inspect your return, you'll hear from us by email. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method and typically appear within 10 business days — though your bank may take a little extra time on their end.

When Returns Aren't Possible We're unable to process returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Packages sent back without our approval
  • Cases where no valid proof of the issue is provided

Need a Different Size or Style? We don't offer direct swaps, but once your return is approved, you're welcome to place a fresh order. Just keep in mind that stock availability can't be guaranteed.

Canceling an Order Need to cancel? Reach out before your order ships. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is on its way and falls under this return policy instead. If we ever have to cancel your order on our end — due to stock or fulfilment issues — you'll automatically receive a full refund, no questions asked.
